This notice explains how OnBrandLy Brand Builder, offered by Clarity with Jahx, handles information submitted through this website.

Information you choose to provide

When you request a next step, we collect the name, email address, business or brand name, offer selection, and project details you enter. We also record the page address, your analytics-consent choice, the submission time, and a unique submission ID so we can confirm that your inquiry reached the owner-controlled Google Sheet.

How we use inquiry information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, understand which Brand Builder service you are considering, prepare an appropriate next step, maintain basic business records, prevent spam, and troubleshoot delivery of the form. If you separately choose email follow-up, we may send helpful information about the selected kit and reminders after you begin but do not finish checkout. You can decline or unsubscribe without affecting an existing purchase. Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract.

Checkout and payment processing

If you continue to checkout, Stripe processes your payment and may collect your name, email, billing details, and payment information under Stripe's own privacy practices. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may record that checkout started and, after a verified Stripe event, that payment completed so we can stop checkout reminders and begin the appropriate customer follow-up.

Optional visitor analytics

The site asks before starting SparkJar analytics. If you accept, it may record a random session ID, page section, clicked element label, scroll depth, device type, browser description, screen size, and time on page. The site does not use advertising trackers. Declining analytics does not prevent you from viewing the offer or sending an inquiry.

Where information is stored

Inquiry records and accepted analytics are stored in a Google Sheet controlled by the business owner. Google may process this information as a service provider under its own terms and privacy practices. The website host and internet service providers may also process ordinary technical information needed to deliver the site.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell inquiry information. We may share information with service providers only when needed to operate the website, store submissions, communicate with you, comply with law, or protect the business and its users.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and analytics records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. No online system can promise absolute security, but access to the lead Sheet is kept under the owner's Google account and the public endpoint does not provide a list of leads.

Your choices

You can decline optional analytics in the consent notice. You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry information, subject to identity verification and any records we must retain. Contact [email protected] with the subject “Brand Builder privacy request.”

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the website, service providers, or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
